In recognition and celebration of the National Day of the American
Cowboy,
the Bellevue Berry & Pumpkin Ranch is hosting its 3rd
annual WILD WEST FEST on July 23rd and
24th.
The Ranch will be transformed into a bustling frontier town with free
interactive exhibits and live entertainment on every corner. The outdoor
performance stages will feature talented trick ropers, singers, dancers,
comedy acts and a main street shootout. Kids of all ages will enjoy
exploring the Indian cave, dry sluice panning, and learning how the
west was fun with the local blacksmith. A variety of merchants will
be on hand to offer a unique, Western-themed shopping experience,
including artisan jewelry, handmade pottery, local jams, honey and
jellies and even animal pelts! A whole hog barbeque, kettle corn,
lemon shake-ups and more will be offered at an additional cost. "Live
music includes the Shadow Ridge country music band plays from 4pm
till 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and also a great banjo player Jon Eric
from Iowa will be preforming throughout both days."
The National Day of the American Cowboy honors cowboys and cowgirls
everywhere for their enduring contribution to the courageous, pioneering
spirit of America. Celebrate this spirit and our Western heritage
at the Bellevue Berry and Pumpkin Ranch this summer!
